Hi, my name is Elinor. I’m a fifteen year old baker and I love baking delicious desserts for people. For as long as I can remember, I have always loved experimenting in the kitchen. One of my favorite baking memories from when I was little is making boxed brownie mix. First it was helping my mom make it and not mixing the batter quite enough, then it was being able to make them all by myself. Eventually I loved it so much that I would get mad at anyone who made it without me or made it after I went to bed.

Now that I am older I bake a lot more than I used to. I have learned so many thing and have so much more to learn. i have gotten very good at making cookies, but my absolute favorite things to make are big fun cakes.

So many people always ask me what I want to do after high school, so here’s the answer. Soon, hopefully next year, I want to work for The Hungry Hero Dessert Co. if possible. After High school I might take a gap year, But I do know that eventually i want to go to culinary school Possibly in Europe.
